For over 30 years, Amlin has been a pioneer of semi-custom upscale homes in Chicago's South Suburbs. In 1976, Amlin began the development of subdivisions in Country Club Hills, Illinois building the first semi-custom upgrade housing in that city. During the ensuing years, the company has built many communities in Country Club Hills to include 7 Phases of Marycrest, Farm Crest, Maple Estates, and 6 Phases of Marylake Estates which was completed in 2001. Amlin has continued this tradition in the South suburbs, recently completing the Providence Manor community of 136 homes in Matteson, Illinois and is currently offering homes in Trinity Creeks of Matteson.
Intersected by Butterfield Creek and two created tributaries, this beautiful, rolling site boasts an 11 acre open wetland and an additional 35 acres of open greenspace & parkland to compliment Amlin’s six distinctive models in this one-of-a-kind subdivision. Divided into six phases of development, Trinity Creeks Phase I, which opened in December 2005, is almost sold out of the 50 developed lots. Phase II opened for sales in Spring 2006 for 2006 deliveries. When fully completed, Trinity Creeks will contain a total of 230 estate size lots with upscale single family-detached homes averaging over 3000 square feet of living area. There are several homes under construction and available for immediate occupancy in Phase I.

The quality of the homes we build and sell is surpassed only by the excellence of the continuing service we provide to our homeowners. We were recognized for this service by receiving the first "Ace" award for North Central U.S.A., in the category of 30 homes or less per year, by the Homeowner Warranty Corporation in 1992, the only year that award was issued.
